In the Vth century Florus came to evangelise the city and climbed up the Indiac mount. He was stopped by a basalt block; he knelt and started to pray, his hand placed on the rock.

A miracle occured: an opening appeared in front of him and allowed him to build the first small Chapel on the top of the mountain.
