This building dates back to the XIVth century, and used to be the consuls’ residence from 1354. Its facade is a treasure of the Renaissance period. Nowadays this building houses collections gathered by Alfred Douët: paintings, sculptures, furniture, weapons and decorative arts which will appeal to adults and fill children with wonder. When you leave the museum, stop at the viewpoint behind the museum and walk towards the left hand side of the square.
